Hi Joanna, I just wanted to thank you for all your help and guidance in selling my home recently. With the slow market, longer time on the market and low offers it has been a difficult experience. However, within one month of hiring you I had an offer which you helped me to successfully negotiate back to a point above my bare minimum asking price. Not easy in this type of market. Thanks again for all your help and your responsiveness to all of my questions during this time. It was greatly appreciated. Sincerely,

– Marie Whittle
