This is my first time working with Joanna Horstmeier and I have been impressed every step of the way. From the very beginning, she has been extremely proactive, communicative, and professional. She reached out to our firm when she noticed our listing had expired and I was immediately pleased with her initiative. She was very focused on understanding our company’s needs and how to accommodate them.
I deal with realtors all over the country on a number of different REO properties on a daily basis and Joanna far exceeds many of them. She is always available to answer any questions I may have, and responds in a timely manner when action needs to be taken, Our company is not located in the same area, so we heavily rely on our real estate agents to guide us on pricing, expectations, and preserving the property. Joanna has proven to be very knowledgeable in the local market and has continually given quality advice on how to handle all aspects of selling our property.
Though we have encountered a number of obstacles with the property itself, Joanna has never faltered or given me a reason to doubt that she wouldn’t be successful. She has repeatedly helped us work through the various issues and we are getting ready to close. Joanna has been professional, upbeat, and positive through the entire process and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
