Description:
Where can you fish, bike, hike, fly a kite and learn more about health and wellness, all in one place on the same day? FAMLY FUN DAY at 370 Lakeside Park! You can register in advance for the St. Peters Police Rangers Fishing Derby. The fee is $5/person, and the fishing derby goes from 8:30 a.m.-noon. All other events that day are FREE and open 9 a.m.-1 p.m.! Giveaways for kids include kite-building kits and bike helmets. Learn more below …

You and your family are sure to reel in a good time at the St. Peters Police Rangers 370 Lakeside Fishing Derby!
Fish along the 140-acre lake at 370 Lakeside Park for a chance to win prizes for the most fish and largest fish. Entry costs $5 per person. Prizes available in two divisions: Children (ages 6-12) and Adults (13 and up).
REGISTRATION OPEN NOW! The first 100 children who register in advance through the St. Peters Rec-Plex and attend the event will receive a FREE event T-shirt. Register in advance and you’ll also be entered into a chance for a gift card. Plus, Rangers will have a number of attendance prizes/drawings for registered kids and adults.
Register in person at the St. Peters Rec-Plex, 5200 Mexico, by phone at 636-939-2386, ext. 1400, or online at www.stpetersmo.net/rec-connect. Check-in will take place at the marina between 7:30-8:30 a.m. Arrive early and avoid the rush!
Same-day registration also will be available at the event during check-in.

*NOTE: Children under age 6 may attend the Fishing Derby and fish with a registered adult, but will not be eligible for prizes.

See how high your kite will fly in the breeze off the lake! The event will take place at the marina parking lot at 370 Lakeside Park. Kite-building kits are available free of charge to the first 200 participants! Volunteers will help put the kites together. Or, bring your own kite and join in the fun!
Family Bike Ride and Health & Wellness Event

Bring your bikes to ride the 4.5-mile trail around the 140-acre lake! A limited number of adult-sized bikes are available for rent at the park.
To encourage bike safety, the St. Peters Community Health and Wellness Committee will distribute up to 100 FREE bike helmets to kids at its booth at the event. The bike helmets were donated compliments of KOHL’S 4 Kids and SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital.
