My experience with Joanna was 100% positive the consummate professional. As many people have had bad experiences myself included grow weary when looking for an agent. Look no more when I found Joanna she was a God sent. MS Joanna has sold property (fast) for me in the past which went smooth as silk as well as finding property for me. Also finding property that fit my budget and needs.
On a personal level during times I was getting anxious she would always counter that with an uplifting and positive “Don’t worry I’ll take care of it that” by gosh she did’
Never was there a time that I had to hunt her down highly accessible. Always looking out for my best interest wouldn’t let anybody take advantage of me since I’m single it is truly appreciated’.
MS Joanna knows the true meaning of fiduciary a lot of agents do not (very comforting).
So if you’re looking someone that is trustworthy , highly experienced (30 yrs.), well known and respected this is the girl you need.
On top of all her accolades she is a truly nice person and great to work with.
